Unpasturised cows milk, moist and crumbly with a clean lactic tang. (V)

Ticklemore (Devon)
Pasturised goats milk, light and crumbly with creamy herbal flavours. (V)

Golden Cross (Sussex)
Unpasturised goats milk, velvet texture with sweet citrus finish. (V)

Cromerty (Tain)
Pasturised cows milk, smooth and creamy texture with light milky flavours (T)

Strathdon Blue (Ross-shire)
Pasturised cows milk, soft and moist texture with milky flavours and salty undertones (T)
